INSTALLATION OF PFAUTER 2000 GEAR CUTTING MACHINE

Assembly, scraping and centesimal levelling.

Our team performed the complete replacement of a Pfauter 2000 gear hobbing machine, purchased dismantled by the customer.

The intervention required careful preparation of the support area , followed by the assembly of the mechanical and electronic components .

To ensure a perfect fit between the surfaces, we manually scraped the tops , correcting any imperfections and damage present in the contact surfaces.

Finally, thanks to high-precision measuring instruments, we carried out centesimal levelling , ensuring stability, perfect alignment and optimal machine performance.
