COMPLETE OVERHAUL OF STANKO 1000 TOOTHING MACHINE

Head regeneration, detachment mechanism and rotary table.

We performed a complete overhaul on a Stanko 1000 gear hobbing machine that was experiencing machining inaccuracies, various play and malfunctions, bringing it back to its optimal operating condition.

The intervention included the revision of the head to ensure precision and stability in the machining, the revision of the detachment mechanism eliminating any anomaly and optimizing the feed system, revision of the table with an accurate adjustment and control of the clearances.

After reassembly, we performed thorough functional tests , verifying the full efficiency of the machine.
