MECHANICAL OVERHAUL OF SICMAT SHAVING MACHINE

Restoration of table feeds and optimization of lubrication.

The Sicmat shaving machine had a blockage in the table advances , compromising the correct functioning of the machine and the quality of the workmanship.

After a thorough diagnosis we identified a blocked vertical guide due to poor lubrication, a hardened and worn oil seal causing oil leaks and insufficient lubrication of the table.

To restore the machine to full efficiency we performed a mechanical overhaul service that included disassembling the head to create space for the table disassembly, disassembling the table and transmission components to identify and resolve problems, unlocking the slide mechanism to restore vertical movement, replacing all bearings and seals, replacing the oil seal to eliminate leaks and finally after the complete reassembly of the machine we performed in-depth functional tests to verify correct operation and the presence of lubrication.
