PARTIAL OVERHAUL OF LORENZ 1250 GEAR GRINDING MACHINE

Unlocking and adjusting the spindle, overhauling the head and lifting mechanism.

We performed a targeted overhaul on a Lorenz 1250 gear hobbing machine, solving registration problems that compromised the precision of the workpiece machining and prevented the ascent and descent of the quill.

The intervention included a complete overhaul of the machine head , and everything the lifting mechanism , ensuring optimal restoration of the machine's functionality.

After reassembly, we made the necessary adjustments to eliminate play and misalignment, concluding the work with a functional test to verify the machine's performance.
