CLC 2000 GEARING TABLE OVERHAUL

Crown machining, game recording and performance optimization.

We performed a complete overhaul of the table of a CLC 2000 gear hobbing machine , solving a problem of non-homogeneous play in different positions.

After a careful check of the tolerances , we dismantled the table and subjected the crown to a restoration process to ensure uniform and precise contact.

Next, we reassembled the board and precisely recorded all the plays, ensuring smooth, stable and glitch-free operation.
