CLC 600 GEAR MACHINE REPAIR
Eliminate penetration errors and restore operational accuracy.
The CLC 600 gear hobbing machine had a critical problem as it incorrectly entered the gear, compromising the quality of the workpiece.
After a detailed analysis we identified that the main cause of the malfunction was the excessive play present on the ball screw which made the penetration movement imprecise .
To solve the problem and ensure maximum efficiency we performed a series of interventions that included dismantling the Technai Tork motor to gain greater access and dismantling the ball screw, replacing the ball screw with a new custom -built one and finally, after completely reassembling the machine, we performed various functional machining tests to ensure the correct penetration height.
