Clutch replacement and machine advancement restoration.

The Lorenz 1250 gear hobbing machine had a critical problem, the feeds were completely blocked, compromising the machine's operation and production progress.

After an in-depth analysis we identified that the cause of the failure was the faulty clutches , responsible for the correct transfer of motion.

Our repair intervention included an accurate diagnosis of the entire advance system in order to identify any damage or malfunctions , the replacement of the two faulty clutches thus restoring the transmission of motion and finally the reassembly of the machine components followed by a functional test to confirm the total restoration of the advances and the reliability of the machine in real operating conditions.
