The Pfauter 630 gear hobbing machine had a critical problem, the feeds did not work, compromising the machine's operability.

The repair work included the complete disassembly of all the advance mechanisms closely connected to the differential, a complete overhaul of the differential to restore the original functionality, careful reassembly of the machine ensuring perfect alignment of all components and finally we performed in-depth functional tests to verify the correct restoration of the advances and ensure maximum operational efficiency .
